Spring Break in Colorado!

Spring break is usually for college kids, but this year we ALL took a spring break from our daily lives. Mommy, Daddy and I drove to Steamboat on St. Patrick's Day to meet Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Jeff and his dog, Harrison. It was SUCH a fun trip this time. We had a blast. Here are some pictures from last week's trip.

It was a wonderful weekend in Colorado. Here I am shown with my new kitty, Herbie. Grandma has a kitty named Herbie, too! So now she and I can talk to each other and share our Herbie stories when we SKYPE each week.

Not only did Grandpa, Grandma and Uncle Jeff come, but Mommy's godfather from Philadelphia came too! His name is Tim, and his son's name is Joe. Grandma and Grandpa have known them a LONG time and Tim and his wife, Joan, are very, very special people to my mommy. We had so much fun together!!!

One of my silly games is called "Mary." I like to put my blankie over my head and pretned that I'm "Mother Mary".....I look like a shepherd girl from long ago. It's a silly game; but I enjoy it!

One afternoon, after my nap, Grandma and I went over to the base of the mountain where everyone was coming in from a great day on the slopes. Here I am in my new hat that Grandma brought me. She had a friend hand-knit my pretty posy hat. It's just perfect for spring.
I love having Grandma be my stylist.

At night time, we'd usually all gather in the living room and watch basketball, play with ME and enjoy each other's company. Here's Uncle Jeff, Grandma and me!

Life is a joy! Why not just laugh and laugh and laugh!

I love my Uncle Jeff. He is so very nice to me.

We'll be going to Omaha in early May to watch him graduate from college.

Pillow talk! Mommy, Grandma and I spent some time lounging in bed one night while the boys all watch March Madness. That's Herbie, my new stuffed cat that Grandma brought me.

Uncle Jeff and Harrison also came to Steamboat. Here's Uncle Jeff teaching me some new computer programming techniques.

Even though I was on vacation, I had to keep in touch with my "guys" back in the home crib.

Grandma and I spent the first today together while everyone else went skiing. We went to the toy department and found me this awesome cash register. It has a scanner and a credit card swipe! I know just what to do with the credit card already....scary isn't it?
