The Wedding Weekend

(Note: Allison and her parents were in Nebraska from Wednesday thru Sunday night, so there were lots of picture-taking occasions! This is a long post...but a happy fun-filled weekend!)
Wow! Check this photo out. These are all the new relatives that I met this week....well except for Mommy & Daddy and Grandma, Grandpa & Uncle Jeff....I already knew them. It was really fun meeting everyone and getting hugs from them all. I had a wonderful time in Nebraska...but boy was I glad to get back to my crib and my house in Montana.
Here I am with Uncle Ronnie. He knows a ton about sports and food. We'll have fun together as I grow up.

On Sunday afternoon, we drove back to Omaha where I met MORE new people. Here I am with Grandma's sister, Beth.....more commonly known as Aunt B. She has a nice dog named Gussy. She had great toys for me to play with. I hope I can come see her again.

On Sunday, I met my Great Grandpa Ray and my Great Grandma 'Ike' from Scottsbluff. We live a long ways apart, so it was a very special occasion for the first time!

I didn't go to the wedding. I got to stay home with Mrs. Winfrey....she took really good care of me. I hope I didn't cry too much! :)

Here's the beautiful bride, Aunt Michaela and my mommy....a bridesmaid. I hope someday I can get married and have a pretty dress.

On Friday night we all went to Aurora to the rehearsal for the wedding. This is a picture of Aunt Michaela with her three god-children. She makes a great godmother...I'm glad she's mine.

Here I am with an 8-week old black Lab puppy. He was okay, but the kitties are better.

On Friday morning, Mommy and Grandma and I went to the Heartland Pet Connection. I got to look at TONS of kitties...they're my favorties. I said "ohhhhhhhhhhh" a lot 'cause I love all the different kitties. Here I am with Jazzle...she's nice. I got real excited petting all the different colors of kitties. There is one kitty there who's name is Timmy. He only has three legs.
I wish someone would adopt Timmy...he's really nice.

Who says a kid can't learn about the computer at 8 months? It's a high-tech world and I'm not going to be left behind!

Here's Mommy & I just lovin' each other.
She's my most "favortiest" person in the world right now.
Here I am with Uncle Jeff. Isn'the handsome? I love when he holds me up high, because I see lots of things at that high advantage point!
Here I am with Uncle Jeff's dog Harrison. He is THEE nicest yellow Labrador in the whole world. He lets me pound on him and he loves me right back. He is a VERY special dog. He likes to come and stay at Grandma's house too.
He and Floyd the cat are good friends....they lick each other and just chill together.
Here I am with Great-Grandma Audrey. She came to visit me on Thursday night.

Here's Daddy and I taking my new John Deere for a test drive around the driveway. I'm too little to drive, but I think Daddy is too BIG to be riding on my tractor!
Check out my new John Deer Tractor! Grandma and Grandpa got for me because they said "she has to have it!" My daddy uses a lot of John Deere tractors at his job on the golf course, so this is just perfect for me. Who needs Barbie cars when you can drive a tractor!
Here I am in Grandma's big tub. It was deep enough that I could splash and splash and the water stayed inside. We even went swimming on Thursday in my new polka dot swim suit. Unfortunately, the camera battery had died at the pool, but the water either way was fun!
Here I am with Mommy and one of her old pom-poms from when she was a cheerleader. It was fun to play with. It was shiny and crinkly!
On April 15th, Mommy, Daddy and I flew in a big airplane from Bozeman to Omaha. We came to help celebrate Aunt Michaela's wedding to Cole. My mommy was in the wedding. We almost didn't get to leave Montana, as there was a raging blizzard outside that prevented us from leaving on time. Finally we were de-iced (whatever that means) for about the 4th time and reloaded the plane and took off. Grandma Judy met us at the airport without crutches or a walker or anything....I think she was over-doing it a bit! Anyway, I slept in the car on the way to Hastings, and when we arrived, Grandma had lots of new toys for me to play with.

Easter Fun

Here we are before heading to church on Easter, Me, Mommy & Daddy and my new lamb.
My lamb tastes good!
Here's Mommy and Me before we headed for Easter services. I'm holding my new lamb that Grandma Judy sent to me. My Mommy and I both put on pretty dresses for Easter...I like dressing up like a girl! Mommy says I'll always have pretty dresses to wear, because she likes to wear dresses too! It's a girly-kind-of-thing!

I LOVE my kitty, Moose. He is so patient and kind with me. I can even pull big chunks of fur out of him, and he doesn't do anything....well, expect run when he's free!

Here I am playing "donuts" with Daddy. It's a fun game.

If I could just figure out how to get this crawling thing down. I get up; I get rockin' and rollin' and I move backwards well, but the forward gear is still tough to figure out. Practice, practice.

So who needs clothes when you're eating? These little "puff" things that Mommy gives me sure are fun. With a little bit of slobber, they stick to you everywhere!

Seven Months and Counting....

Here we go again with these silly hats....although I seem to like this one.
I have learned that I'm totally capable of pulling them off when I want to....
so if I don't like it, I can do something about it!
Silly Daddy! He tried to put me in his new ski boots. I think they're a little big yet, but he got a kick out of trying them on me.

The calendar may indicate it's spring, but here in Montana, we're still in the deep of winter. We've been getting "dumped on" with lots of fresh powder for Daddy to ski on. Here I am with my favorite friend, George Monkey. We're reading SKI magazine. I like to keep abreast of all the latest in equipment, gear, and which resort to go to!

Here are my 'brothers' Moose & Rocky. They're playing hide and seek under the covers.

Here I am playing with a 'donut' from my stacker toy. Perhaps I'm trying to balance
it on my head...but it doesn't last long.

Well I'm seven months old already! Where does the time go. I'm getting into this people food pretty good. This is toast all over me one morning. The basting brush is just one of my favorite kitchen toys that mom hands me occasionally. Perhaps I'll have a culinary experience.
