Road Trip!

Here I am one morning about sunrise. Those big moutains in the background are the Tetons.
It was fun to go on a road trip....but I was glad to get back home, too.
The other people brought their dog with him. I love puppies.

Mom & I just hanging out.....

Here I am with Uncle Taylor. We are BEST buds.

Here's the whole gang...I'm not sure what was in those funny little glasses,

but I couldn't have any.

It was a great PARTY! Here I am dancing and going crazy!

Recently, Mommy and Daddy & I took a road trip with some other people to celebrate "Uncle Taylor's" 30th-birthday. We went to a place called Idaho...something about potatoes growing there. I never did see those potatoes. There were other kids there, and I made new friends. Here we are helping Uncle Taylor open his presents.

The Start of a New Year....

IF the pantry door is left oven even the tiniest little bit, I can open it! So I helped myself to a sanck. Usually I like to take everyting off the bottom shelf and give it to Mommy in hopes that I'll get something. It usually works on the cereal and crackers. But today I scored some Sun Chips....they're a food group aren't they? Relax. I didn't get very many.
My friend Olivia came over to play and we had fun coloring together. Dad says we're drinking buddies!...but don't worry, it's just water. Daddy put Moose in my sled. I'm not sure he really wanted to be in there, but I htought I'd take him for a ride anyway. Rocky just watched.
Here I am being silly before bedtime. I think this is one of my favorite hats ever!

Here I am having breakfast after church. I'm having two of my all-time favorite things: elk breakfast sausages dipped in mustard! (Of course!!!)I snatched Daddy's radio one night after he got home from work. Don't I look official? Moose thought he could hide in my tunnel and get a nap. Wrong! I found him! Grandpa Tom and Grandma Janet sent it to me for Christmas and there's a tent that goes with it. Very cool.

I've figured out how to put on Mommy's shoes! Daddy gives Mommy a hard time about leaving her shoes out all over the house. (Grandpa says the same thing about Grandma!)

Sledding with Dad! It was kind of bumpy and I didn't like it very much. Maybe when I'm bigger I'll get the hang of it. It goes without saying that we have a lot of snow in MT....although I hear my friends in Nebraska have had even more snow this year than we have! Anyway, I much prefer being pulled in my red sled. I point to the snow and Moomy puts it on my lap and I'm a happy camper riding along; eating snow.

Here's the second post from our Christmas in Steamboat. (Click on 2009 at the right for the first one) We had a wonderful time as we always do in Steamboat. Snow, fun, family, good food & drinks and skiing...what more could you ask for. Happy New Year to everyone! Merry Christmas to all! Here's my pretty velvet Christmas dress that my stylist (Grandma) chose for me. Mommy complimented the ensemble with appropriate Mary Jane shoes.
Tons of new toys....and what do I play with? Rocks and plastic cups. Go figure; I'm a baby.

Harrison asked Santa for extra bones....he got his wish.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS MAN! GET ME OFF OF HIS LAP....NOW!

When we got home from church, Daddy messed up my hair! But look!....I have hair finally.

Grandpa, Grandma & Me. We're best buds.

Family Portrait on Christmas Eve.

Here's Daddy and I before we went to Mass on Christmas Eve.
On December 23rd, the final trials for the Olympics were held in Steamboat. I'd couldn't go because they were too far up the mountain. BUT....afterwards, I went to the awards ceremony and my FIRST Rock concert. The Colorado band, Big Head Todd & The Monsters performed at the base of the mountain. They were awesome. However it was snowing pretty hard by then so I didn't stay long. But it was fun. 2,000 people rockin' out, babies like me everywhere,
tons of doggies andlots of fun for everyone.
This pink hat was made just for me by a store in Steamboat. Some lady looked at me and called me "Cindy Lou Who....of Whoville." Who's Cindy Lou Who? I'm Allie!
In the afternoons, I'd walk over to the base of the mountain with either Grandma or Mommy and we'd meet the others for a little apres ski action. Harrison the dog would always come with.
Here I am in Uncle Jeff's lap.
I LOOOVVVVVVE my Grandpa! Here's Grandma and I discussing the merits of wearing a diaper...or not! Nakie is one of my favorite times of the day. You just run around without clothes on and everybody laughs.
